How do I book a Birthday Party Session?
Purchase the Birthday Party Package here and call your local studio for availability and to schedule your party. A Birthday Party Session Agreement must be completed to reserve your party.
How much is a Birthday Party Session?
The Birthday Party Session is $450 and includes:
- 8 mix & match portrait sheets (8×10 or smaller)
- Full session of high-res digital images
- 2 framed portraits (Any size**)
- 25 thank you cards.
- 2 hours of private studio time for the party
- Space for 8 party guests
- Party decorations
- Props
How many people can attend a Birthday Party Session?
The session includes space for 8 party guests, plus additional parents to chaperone.
Does a parent need to be present for the party?
Yes, a responsible adult needs to be present at all times.
What days and times are available for Birthday Party Sessions?
Birthday Party Sessions are available Monday – Saturday after 5:00pm, except during Holiday time periods. (Week of Easter, Week of Mother’s Day, Week of Father’s Day, Week of Halloween, and 5 weeks before Christmas)

Can I bring food & drinks to my Birthday Party Session?
Yes! You may bring food, drinks and cake for your birthday party guests. Please make sure to bring any plates, utensils, etc, needed for serving. You will be required to remove all leftover food and drinks, at the end of the party.
Are outfit changes allowed for the photography session?
The guest of honor is allowed one outfit change during the photography session.
