What safety precautions will be taken for each session?
- A limited number of sessions will be available to ensure multiple customers are not in the studio at the same time & proper cleaning can be completed between sessions.
- Sessions will be available by appointment only.
- Props, backdrops and any other points of contact will be sanitized after every session.
- Additional accommodations may be available upon request.
Are masks required in the studio?
Photographers and customers are not required to wear a mask, except where local mask mandates are in place.
What should I do if I have an urgent question that was not addressed here?
Additional questions or concerns can be emailed to CustomerService@picturepeople.com. Please be aware that we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of emails, and you might not receive an immediate response.

Can I use my Prepaid Picture People Voucher?
Please contact your local studio to verify if your prepaid voucher is redeemable at the NEW Picture People studio.
What forms of payment do you take?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover are taken at all studio locations. Cash and checks are not accepted at our studios.
Can I book a same-day session?
Yes! Please call your local studio for availability.
Do you provide pet portraits?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our studios. This does not include service animals.
Do you provide passport photos?
Yes! Please call your local studio for availability.
