Q: Do you have any special offers or discounts on your portrait products?

Q: Can I redeem multiple offers in one session?
A: No, only one offer can be redeemed per session.
Q: What is your sitting fee per session?
A: Picture People charges no sitting fee. Bring your whole family, and the sitting fee is still free!
Q: Do you have portrait packages?

Q: Is there anything I can do to prepare for my session?
A: There is. We share some great ideas on our Prepare for Your Portrait Session page.
Q: How long should I expect to be at your studio for a session?
A: Our portrait sessions generally last about 15-30 minutes. After your portraits are taken, it will take about 30-45 minutes to review your options and for us to create the prints, frames and canvases you select to take with you that same day.
Q: Can we change outfits during our session?
A: Absolutely, clients often bring an outfit change. We ask that you limit your changes to once per person per session.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds on portrait sheets can be made within 30 days of the purchase. However, digital images cannot be returned once they have been taken out of the studio.
Q: What are your studio hours?
A: Our hours vary by studio. Find the studio closest to you.
Q: How many photos will you take?
A: To best capture your unique personalities, we generally shoot 12-15 poses in a given session.
Q: How many people can I have in one session?
A: Most of our studios can accommodate up to 6 people, but that limit varies by location. Please reach out to your local studio to confirm. Find the studio closest to you.
Q: How long does it take to get my order back from the studio?
A: That’s one of the wonderful things about Picture People! You can take your order home with you the same day as your session! We can usually prepare your prints, canvases and frames within 30 minutes after the end of your session.
Q: How do I book a portrait session?
A: You can book your session online or call your local studio. Find the studio closest to you.
Q: How long will the digital images from my session be available?
A: For one year. You can also purchase a high-res CD that contains all the images from your session.
Q: How do I contact my local studio?
A: Use our studio locator to find the phone number, address, store hours and map – for the studio nearest you.
Q: Do you take pet portraits?
A: Yes. Please contact your individual studio by phone to set up an appointment. Our studios often have to make special arrangements for pets that cannot be anticipated with our online booking system.
Q: Do you have props and backdrops?
A: Yes, we have a variety of props and backdrops. If interested, call your local studio to find out what props and backdrops they have on hand. We also encourage you to bring unique items from home to help personalize your portraits – and capture your unique personality.
Q: Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
A: Yes, our Portraits Rewards Club offers multiple discounts and savings throughout the year. Check it out in our special offers section here.
Q: Do I have to schedule my session or do you take walk-ins?
A: We welcome all walk-ins, but recommend booking your portrait session ahead of time – which you can do on our site, right here.
Q: Can I book more than one session per day?
A: Absolutely.
Q: Can I book a same-day portrait session?
A: You sure can.
Q: Can I purchase all of my images digitally or on a CD?
A: Yes, you can purchase a high-res CD that includes all of the digital images from your session, along with their copyrights.
Q: Can I get a refund for my high-res CD?
A: No, we cannot offer refunds on digital image products, once they are removed from the studio.
